Upon joining Norsk Filmdistribusjon, I initiated a SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities and uncovered a misalignment between the company’s ambitions and its outdated brand identity. After presenting these findings to the CEO, I developed a strategic framework and facilitated a strategy session to define the company’s mission, vision, positioning, tone of voice, messaging and both short- and long-term objectives.
